After ten years of building and designing garden rooms for other companies we decided to go it alone. Create A Space offers attractive, bespoke, top quality, affordable garden rooms throughout Kent, London and the South East. We have many years experience in the design and construction of garden buildings, and yes, we're the actual builders - not a marketing company outsourcing your business.
We provide a full turnkey solution, but if you would like a part build, we'll do that for you too. We will be on site every working day (subject to weather and health) until the project is finished. We're very happy to arrange a FREE site survey once we've discussed your options over the phone.
We are a small close knit team that will ensure you are well informed throughout the short design and build process. Our sales team will be with you from first introduction through to project management and hand over to ensure that you receive the service you deserve.

Getting Started
Upon receipt of deposit and signed proposal we'll order your materials and book you in a start date.
On day 1 we'll take delivery of the building and the foundations (usually screw piles) will be installed. We will probably have enough time to make a start on the building too. At this time you will then need to make your second payment.
We will then be on site every working day (subject to weather and health) until the project is finished. Once the building is finished we will ask you to inspect it, sign it off and make final payment.
Using BBA (British Board of Agrement) certified Structural Insulated Panels or SIP's we can engineer your superior building to fit in to any shape or size, and can finish the garden room to suite your requirements and design specifications.
From the ground up we only use the most suitable materials to ensure that you will have a building that is appropriate for your needs and will last the test of time. The main construction and insulation material being SIPs. SIP's or Structural Insulated Panels are a timber construction that has been around since the 1930's. If using a certified panel this can be used to produce a strong, thermally very efficient building that you will be able to use all year around.
